Defence against Anthrax

A recent article in the Jerusalem Post (registration required) says a defence against anthrax is in the early, and promising, development stages:
Dean of the chemistry faculty at the Technion, Ehud Keinan, called the invention "revolutionary, one that will have a profound impact in the war against terror."
